Vellum pocket on left with tag, the top tabbed journaling card slides out, in the center, a square ephemera with a vellum belly band on the back holding my birthday message, tucked behind it- I fussy cut three images out to put on the vellum. And the right side has a flip up, with a tag in the left pocket, and a larger one on the right side of the envelope. This can be reusable, if my sister wants to write her own message to someone else, and replace my paper behind the belly band, with her own message and send it onward.
