To avoid the streaks showing up from the side of the roller doodle...it really depends on the type of ink you use. A more wet spongy ink is going to greatly increase the edges getting inked. Ranger distressed inks work really well with the Glitz Roller Doodles as do Staz on ink pads. They have a hard surface pad that work really well. Glitz Design has taken care in devolping the new designs of Roller Doodles. They are raised higher and the designs go to the edge of the stamp allowing only the design to get inked.
