As the name suggests it creates a shadow like effect. I can add anything I want to this tree- circles, leaves, streamers, balloons!
Great quality stencil. I also ordered the large one. You might think it's just a tree but there are infinite variations and possibilities for whatever bits, pieces, shapes, etc. to put on its branches. I love it.
