Transparencies
Submitted by: candiMandi
Try printing your own transparencies to add a unique feel on the cheap to any of your pages. Transparency paper can be bought at any office or paper supply store, and though they are not inexpensive, each pack comes with lots of pages and one page can go a long way.

You might create your own original designs, or perhaps you have a library of interesting patterns or borders on your computer that you can print right onto the transparency. Just be sure to print on the correct side, or your masterpiece won't last past one smudge.

My favorite way to use transparencies is to print out a photo (preferably black and white) onto the transparency and then layer it over a subdued patterned paper. This is a great way to customize the background of your layout in a way unique to any style or look you desire!
