Chipboard on the Cuttlebug

So I got the Cuttlebug (yay!) and have been tooling about with it. The other day I ran some medium-weight chipboard through the Cuttlebug to produce some die-cuts, but the cuts did not come out clean or complete. Should I not be using the Cuttlebug to cut chipboard at all, or should I try a different "weight" of chipboard? Thanks!

I love my cuttlebug and cut all sorts of chipboard with many types of dies - try switching up the combination of plates or you may need to add a shim - like heavy cardstock...

what kind of die did you use? Some dies won't cut through cipboard, the cuttlebug, sizzix, and spellbinders (light weight only) will cut through but sizzlets, and cuttlekids won't
