I know there are several different mod podge's out there...

Whats the difference??

the glossy one gives a shine to whatever you're sealing. the matte one doesn't. I've never used the sparkle one. But they all serve as both an adhesive and a sealer, and are often used on altered projects.

They can be used as a glue as well as a sealer. There is also another formula that I like to use for my altered ceramic tile coasters. Its the Outdoor formula Mod Podge. Its waterproof, so it works well to seal and protect the work done on the coasters I stamp on. Its not heat proof though but can withstand a cup of coffee/tea. It doesn't work for trivets.
