Yesterday was Day One of the long awaited building of my Craft Studio, called The Beehive. If you like, follow me on this very exciting but very expensive journey. The contractor promised me that it will be completed in less than two weeks!!

It's free standing and the inside is 10' x 12'. To the right is my fragrant garden - gardenias and jasmine - and to the left is my fairy garden.

Answers to some questions -
Prior to the Beehive there was a metal shed that we used for storage. The steps led to it from the winding brick walkway. The steps will be removed and I am currently looking for some funky stepping stones. Or I might make them myself if I get creative.

The concrete was poured two weeks ago. Once the sun comes up I will take yesterday's picture. Big changes coming. Thanks for all the support.

Having a party when the Beehive opens for business and everyone is invited!
