Gazelle cuts otside paper

Hi
I'm having trouble with the blade running outside the cardstock when cutting labels
I stuffed my 12x12 inch print area with labels, but although I left approximately 1/2 inch to the edges of the cardstock the blade runs outside the edges at the top and left side of the paper.
Is there anyway to prevent this from happening like reset printer settings?

Not sure what you mean by "running outside the cardstock" ... is it cutting lines it's not supposed to?? Make sure you align the paper correctly on the cutting mat, the mat correctly in the machine, and make sure the blade housing is at the right position when you start. If the knife is cutting drag lines on the paper when it's not supposed to you have the blade extended too far. Use the wireframe setting in FunTime to make sure you haven't accidentally created any hidden cutting lines. Have you tried a 12x12 cut before?

Thanks for taking time trying to answer my question,
although this will not solve my problem. The machine cuts exactly what i want but in the "wrong" place. I have placed both blade, cardstock and mat correctly but when i start print the blade goes up to the top of the cs and a bit further and then starts cutting in the mat and not in the cs.
i will try to reinstall the printer today and see if this helps.

Are you using the version of Funtime that came with your machine?

Yes I'm using the right version of funtime.
I reinstalled the printer and now it works better.
