What Scrap Supplies Do You Smell?

Come on ladies, don't by shy, I love to take a whiff of my 12x12 papers as I remove it from its plastic wrap. I also like to smell my grungeboard. And has anyone else noticed that their Black Staz-On ink pad smells like Cherry extract?

So 'fess up, ladies, what supplies do you like to sniff?

I haven't really noticed any particular smells, but I understand grunge board smells good.

Ok I admit I do sniff my pp's.
And as a matter of fact I did notice that the staz-on smells like cherry. Glad I'm not the only crazy person haha!

hee hee... I pass around the new paper pack to make other people smell it too. And, absolutely as soon as you said what do you smell the first thing that came to me was my grungeboard!

i don't have any grungeboard so have no clue what it smells like but i LOVE the smell of DCWV and CTMH paper! and i LOVE the smell of black stazon ink!!! yummy!!!

I totally smell my paper. I love it. I try to keep collections in their original packaging so that the smell stays concentrated. Yum.

The black staz on does smell good, I just didn't associate it with cherry. I never notice the smell of paper.

The black Staz-On is the only one that smells! At least as far as I sniffed... lol. I really love the smell of any kind of paper; newspapers, magazines, wrapping paper, yummmmm....

I thought about doing a "Scrap Addict" LO, where I would be "Shooting up" stickles, with glitter and ink smeared all around my nose, and surrounded by piles of paper. I don't know if that would offend some people, though.

One of my friends LOVES the smell of some of her clear acrylic stamps (not all of them)... She says they smell like candy LOL Me I dont get it.

Oh! I forgot about the modgepodge! The smell of my krylon epoxy gets me a little loopy, as well as the Tim Holtz alcohol inks.

Oh and I LOOOOVE your avatar. I think that could be my life motto!

Oh the smell of grungeboard makes me nauseated! LOL I hate it.

BUT I loooooove the smell of opening a new pack of Basic Grey paper. DH actually caught me sniffing it once, and shook his head before walking out the room. He thinks I'm nuts. I may send him this thread. LOL

Stazon gets me high I think - I hate the smell -it always gives me a headache and makes me feel woozy!

This question is too funny. Other than the staz on ink I can't think of anything that has a smell that jumps out at me. Other than maybe the sharpee markers and I try not to sniff them too long in fear of passing out and drueling all over my page. Not to mention the ink getting stuck to the side of my face or wake up with a button glued to my nose. Now I'm not speaking from experiance or anything. LOL. But just how would I explain that?

I haven't thought of smelling my craft supplies. I did smell the grungeboard because the smell wafted out when I opened it but..nope...no scrapcrap smellin' here! I'll have to give it a whirl.

They do!! lol I am guilty of smelling those! Yummy!

Oh and to think I was reading this thinking "Hmm, I don't smell anything" well besides my silver colorbox ink and it stinks!! I try hard not to!

Hmmm, can't say that I have taken the time to notice the smell of too many of my scrap products other than the embossing powders I purchased that came with a smell; chocolate, lilac, bubble gum, etc. That and how bad spray on adhesive smells. Maybe I will have to take the time to check out a few other smells.

Like my sis, the only thing I've smelled was the grungeboard after I took it out of its package..other than that....nothing...

I love to smell new paper - and new wooden pencils, and pencil sharpenings. Mod=Podge, too, and some of the paints.

I have this spray adhesive and I hate using it because it smells bad.

Some of my fellow Scrappers think I am Nuts!!! But I LOVE the smell of Hambly Overlays!! They have a nice pleasant edible smell!LOL And if you don't believe me, the next time you get your shipment. Smell it;)
