RE: Seaexplore: use the cartridge w/o the machine. Just feed what ever it is into the slot and pull the end to drag it thru. Cut with scissors when it's thru. Saves on adhesive too because there's less waste. I'd have given up long before you!

RE: Bxr-Linda: Are you sure you have the right refill? I think there is a 500 and 510. I have the 500, and never had any problem refilling it.

Well you solved it -- had no idea that there were two different 5" machines. DUH!!!
Loads really easy when you have the right cartridge!
