I don't know if the garage sales are annual, or how often, but that's exactly what that is. Usually you get store credit for what you take in for your items.
I see this abbreviation a lot. Is it Local Scrap Store? Does it generally mean an independent store? I've seen it especially as LSS garage sale. I don't understand what that is. Do independent scrap stores have an annual day where you can sell or consign your own unused items?
