I also vote for the Cutter Bee. However, I also have a pair of Tonic Non-stick that I love as well. The blades are smaller than the Cutter Bee and very sharp right to the very tip. I use them both quite a bit.
Here's another vote for the Cutter Bee. I have tried a number of small scissors and like these the best. They really get into those tough corners and they have stayed beautifully sharp for 4 + years.
Thinking out of the box: In addition to craft scissors, I also suggest getting a pair of cuticle scissors (purchased at a drug store or dollar store) used for cutting small curved areas. Also, check out small embroidery scissors.
Hope this is the best place to post this! Looking for recommendations for fine tip sharp all purpose scissors, I have among others, Tim holtz , the are ok, big, and bulky in my opinion
