My original Cricut screen won't come on. When I reached out on Cricut.com, they suggested a "hard re-set" which didn't work, then sent me a new power cord, which didn't work. Any suggestions, or do I just need to buy a new machine?
You might need a new machine, especially if no one has an answer for you.
I have almost forgotten what the screens look like and never learned to use one anyway... I have always used cricut craft room or now - cricut design space.
How old is your Cricut? Did they have any suggestions as to repairing the machine or maybe it is just not worth it??
What type machine are you looking at if you have to replace it?? Expression or Explore?
