This is my first experience to entering into the forums to look what they are doing in it. But, I thought that people were discussing about a single topic and they were asking questions to the forum and getting knowledge through this. Is there a special tool or template or paper I need to buy? Any help would be great, as I am working on a wedding scrapbook and think that the scalloped look is elegant.

you can also google how to make scallop edge paper and there is a tutorial using a corner punch to make it

RE: TonyaB: I've also made my own. I cut out a circle about 1/2" larger than I wanted. Then I used a compass and traced inside the circle. I used my scallopped scissors and cut around the cirlce on top of my line.

RE: JayAndXansMom: You can buy it or you can use the Ek Success corner rounder and take the guard off and use it to make scallops. There are templates you can trace onto your paper and then cut out as well. I added some examples of scallops below.
