my wm didn't have any, so I broke down and bid on one on e -bay. I got my big bite in the mail on friday, and I immediately used it to punch a hole in some tin! LOL had to test it out. I excitedly told dh about it when he got home from work, and I showed him the hole, then proceeded to tell him that it also did paper, fabric, leather, etc - he lauged and said "I hope it would work on something so tough like fabric, if it made holes in tin" LOL
but I have a huge collection of eyelet that I have had for like 10 years, from the beginning of my scrapping days, and I really look forward to using them more now.

The crop-a-dile is handy but it took me awhile to get the hang of it.

RE: Seaexplore: the crop a dile only goes in about an inch. Anything over that you need the big bite. Just save yourself the money and clutter and get the big one.

i just got mine from walmart for $10. I went and got the big bite because it had a 6 inch reach, but it is alot more cumbersome. if you never set anything further in than 3 inches or so, i would just get the crop a dile. but, if you want that convenience of being able to set an eyelet in the center of a page...the big bite is the way to go.

I used a gf's Big Bite at a crop a few weekends ago and LOVED it! Not only did I use it for eyelets and making holes for brads but also to make some holes to thread some thick ribbon through in the center of a page.
