Glimmer mist?

Have any of you tried it? I just got two colors yesterday and played with it. I got the black cherry and graphite. They are so pretty! now to just USE them! any ideas or tips I must know about

I have a few bottled of this stuff. I love how it looks. I need to use it more often!

In my experience...
Make sure that you shake the bottle really well. The "glimmer" will sink to the bottom, so if you want the glimmery goodness, shake well! Also...when I first used it, I held the paper in my hand and sprayed. The paper sort of curled under the weight of the mist (even though it's not heavy or anything). I would suggest lying the paper on a flat surface and then misting, that way the paper wont curl.

I've seen a few posts about this stuff and its def on my wish list now but I also haven't seen it. Is it at M's or ACMoore?

I searched and searched locally to find it. I finally had to bereak down and buy it online they do have some in the store here. those are the two colors I bought They are soooo pretty!

I can only find it here at the superstore.

I have found that it works REALLY well on the Prima paintables paper because of its canvas like texture. It really sparkles on that and doesn't warp the paper.

It's not really glitter at all, it's really shimmery liquid.

I have the gold and the pearl...if I want colors I paint and then I'll spray it on top for some SHIMMER...I love it! I especially love using on chipboard! Definately recommend!

oooh love the chipboard idea. A lss here carries it and I debated today, even had it in my hand with a coupon but I still didn't get it. I didn't want to mess with waiting for paper to dry and all that. Yep I've rethought this and must go back when tax $ is in and get me a bottle. The silver is very pretty, it would look good over any color of paint. Thanks for the tips! Oh yeah and my dh thanks you too with a grumble and a nasty face. lol

My sister has some. She used it over top of heidi swap masks. It looked awesome! She used a bronze color (not sure if that is the name) and habiscus flowers. It made the paper look really beach themed! Super cute!

Lots of LSS here have it--I have gotten all my bottles from them. Tattered Angels was giving out sample bottles of the new colors at CHA--I love the new silver one

They also came out with some new masks that are plastic and made just for the glimmer mist. They work very very well--not sure when they will be in stores tho. hth

I have a bunch of colors and I love them all! I used the silver one on a chipboard swirl ("My grandparents & my mom" layout)and it looks great! I used the pearl color on a BG flower pp ("My Mom-Scraplift")and it gave it a really neat shimmer.

Every time I go to get the pearl or another iridescent color...they're sold out :(...

If you cut a hole in an 8x11" piece of paper and put that paper on top of another 8x11" piece of uncut(solid) paper you have created a mask of a circle. If you spray the top piece of paper with the circle in it, lift it, you will have a painted circle on the bottom sheet. Hope that makes some sense.

Well, now I want some, but of course they're unavailable in the superstore. Why does that always happen? I can never get anything I want for it being unavailable

I have been playing with it and used it on some of that paper lace OMG its so pretty. Then the cs I used to spray it on was pretty too.

I have to say I wasnt impressed with the black cherry but the graphite is lovely. The black cherry isnt glimmery enough if you ask me LOL but when you put the two together its FAB!

OMG I want the silver! I also thought it would be awesome to come out with a black. My next order is going to be a blue and yellow. The new spring colors sound nice but the actual site dont have the pics up yet
