If I remember correctly, iTunes saves all of your purchased stuff and you should be able to get to it through your iTunes account. I had that problem when I lost my hard drive over the summer. I wasn't worried about the stuff that came from CDs, I was more worried about the stuff I'd purchased.

About how to get to the point you could invest money. About getting past living paycheck to paycheck.

At least it was before but I've not had direct contact with that ministry in years.

I just downloaded Picasa so I can "smudge" last names on these name LOs I just finished. The one I'd had almost done but needed "something." Finished it, now need to get new picture and get a picture of the companion LO. I am so loving that with sb.com I can change the picture for my LOs.

I've got 6 pages with glitter glue/Stickles drying.

Gotta get dressed and ready to get out. Pick up son, go eat Chinese buffet, then shopping at Sam's.

I had Chinese buffet the other night. DH hates it but DS loves it. So, I took DS and his friend last week. We had a blast.

I'm hoping I get to scrap some tonight. I caught up on a lot last night. I did laundry, fixed supper, made cookies, cleaned the kitchen up and some other things. I'm hoping throwing in some laundry and fixing supper will be it for tonight. I may watch "Walk The Line." I rented it Saturday night...I'm excited. I've not seen it yet. I may do that and scrap.

I've got to get cleaning on the spare bedroom. I'm hoping to make a corner of it into a scrap area. I have a desk and some shelves to use. DH has GOT to get rid of some of his JUNK though!!

Make that 8 pages!

How would I run a search to find that challenge and make sure I'm not repeating something? OTOH, if it was long ago enough, maybe it's time to repeat it?

Yummmmm....I'm eating a homemade roll. It is so good! We have a lady who makes homemade bread and delivers it to the office. We order on Monday and she delivers Wednesday! She came a day earlier this week in case it snowed tomorrow.

The closest I can think of it Cadbury Creme Eggs, candy that comes out at this time of year. Chocolate shell. White creme center, but part of the center is colored yellow, like a yolk.

Hello everyone! Hope everyone had a good day, I was having computer problems last night. Now just sitting here with my puppy and waiting for the UPS man to bring me my camera...he is late!

Apple has SUPER customer service. I had a HD crash and lost all my files, and my backup program wasn't working so I lost all my music files. I wrote an email to Apple about it, they let me re-download like 188 songs... I'm missing a few because they 'moved the song location' (whatever that means).. but they helped me to restore most of my songs....

The ones we're doing is very basic personal finances, like getting out of debt, how to allocate money, how to do budgeting..... it's like a very basic Step 1 to personal finance management using biblical principals.

We had a member who took that class before, and so she took a training to be a group leader. We bought the materials and started studying. I skimmed thru the workbook and it's not about managing multiple accts or investment.. investment looks like a more advanced topic.

The first goal was to get out of debt.. so I thought it will pretty much apply to everyone.

I agree not everyone who took it will stay committed to it. But the principles are great. Like knowing where your money goes... most people are very resistant to recording their money flow.. but that is a # 1 step to managing your money.

I do that with Quicken, but a lot of people used that with a simple Excel spreadsheet. I only switched to Quicken after our finances got complicated with getting married, and also with my parents' stuff.

When it comes tax time, it's great, we do itemized deductions, so I can give my accountant all the info on charity donations, medical expenses and etc. It also helps us to sort of plan for retirement and hopefully estate planning one day...

DD loves noodles. Her idea of a mother/daughter day is I take her on a 45 minute drive to Hobby Lobby (!) , then go to this noodle place and have her butter noodles, then stop by the boba place to get a boba drink.

She asked me often when I can do it. Last time I took her there was because HL had a 50% paper sale, and she was off from school that day unexpectedly, and Old Navy had some 50% sale so I got her and DS some clothes there too. I hadn't been back to HK in 6 months or so.. But I'll try to do it one day in Spring Break.
