Yes, this will seem silly to most people, but Crate Paper Avenue Collection (the most perfect cream and black line ever made) is discontinued. My all time favorite paper in the world. Crate Paper wrote on their invoice that they sent us all they had.

Does you have a paper or embellishment or product you would be bummed if it was discontinued?

I don't have a favorite sb item, but when I was shooting film exclusively, I cried when Fuji changed their product line and got rid of a certain film emulsion.

Though if Ranger Ink s ever decides to get rid of Stickles, I might have to start a protest.

I just got some Crate pps sent to me as a RAK and I'm glad she did as I would never have been able to buy it for myself. I love it!

Yes, I hate it when my favorite papers are discontinued!!! I don't seem as affected when embellishments come and go, because there are so many out there that it seems they are more easily replaceable by what's "now", but DON'T mess with my papers!!! This particular one you showed reminds me of the CTMH Silhouette papers though! I can see why you love it, the Silhouette line is one of my faves and new in the Spring so they should be around awhile at least!

I love that paper! It was the first paper collection I bought and used when I started scrapping... used it on my 1st layout. Glad I have some bits and pieces left!

I just found out today that Memory Dock has discontinued their calendar inserts for my planner.
There is supposed to be a new one out in the fall but I need a new one for August!

I hate it when they discontinue papers. Its drives me nutz! I know there is alot of BG ones they did that too for me, and then some others too. I forget the brands at the moment.

I don't generally use the same pp more than once or twice so I don't get too upset if they discontinue it. I am still very sorry for you Tricia!

But Tricia ASKED! She wanted to know what I would do if one of my favorite things were to be discontinued, so I told her. Did I mention that there would be a protest? Picture me out in front of Ranger HQ with a picket sign that says "Save Our Stickles" and screaming "What do we want? Stickles! When do we want them? Now!" Of course that chant would work better if I had fellow protesters.

That stinks...my fave would be Cropper Hopper storage...if they stopped making it I would have to stock up until it was gone

Ok this is not paper or ooey yummy, but if these went away... I WOULD SOB... (or at least some other manufacturer better be making something similar).

I know FP also makes some though. These make life sooo much easier. They are just the bestest way to sb for me...

I even have a new idea for using them. Will share if I ever get it done.

I felt the same way when Black Tie was discontinued. Luckily another member here was an angel and I got some of hers to finish a project I was working on.

I really, really miss the Chatterbox Chateaux collection (the first one more than the second one). It worked so well with the plethora of photos I take in Colorado (I'm there for work allllll the time).

I haven't even touched my Color Me Silly collection and was tinkering with the idea of putting it in the LSS yard sale. Lollipop Shoppe I loved, but I just can't figure out what to do with CMS.

Reading this thread kills me 'cause I know what manufacturers have discontinued, I'll update all at once in response to what you wrote:

1. Cropper Hopper did discontinue their black veritical storage (don't bother checking, Scrapbook.com is sold out). Clear is still good though.

2. Making Memories ran out of many parts of its noteworthy line, decided not to make more of it and instead introduced several new pieces. I really, really hope they never run out of it. We order heavy just to be safe.

3. Stickles are safe from discontinued as far as I know. I'll be sure to get a petition going if there's even a wiff of a rumor.

okay so i tend to use stuff and then move on, why else do i buy it but to use it... right. but i would join the ranger protest if they stop making distressed inks, and refils ... those are my downfall.

OMG...Tricia, say it ain't so...PLEASE!!! Noteworthy is my absolute favorite line from Making Memories !!! The new spring line is pretty, too, but oh-mylanta, the lined papers from Noteworthy make journaling so much fun. I ordered about four sheets of the Noteworthy...maybe I should order a few more???

And while I never used Crate Paper , I did look at their stuff and it is very pretty. I'm sorry for your loss, Tricia.

I also have to say that I would be on the protest line along with Vivian, Robin, and Liz-Moxie if Ranger stopped making Stickles. We'd naturally be waving blingy signs.

I haven't used my paper pack yet. Maybe I should hold on to it now and not use it since it may become a collector's item, hee hee... I'm still mad at BG for discontinuing Black Tie. I've spent hours trying to find a pack...

I'm like luv2scrap and have never bought the same collection of paper twice. However, I did demolish the only sheet of pp that I had bought at a lss and it was so perfect (except for the demo job) I ordered the collection to finish my project and have used most of it.

I just can't think of anything I would be heartbroken over not having access to any more. This is such a trendy hobby that there always seems to be something new to love.

I think I have to agree, there is always something new and more exciting that I could just use...however if I used it all the time I might be sadden a little!

yep Heidi Swapp ghost shapes...don't know why but I just love those things!!! CTMH inks too...omg those are a must have for all everything else just doesn't compare and trust me I have ink baby!
