I lost my wallet my junior year of high school at play practice. I couldn't find it. I had it in my jacked pocket because I didn't have my book bag, it was at home with no homework, so I slipped it into my jacket pocket. I couldn't find it anywhere and freaked out. It fell out of my pocket and down beside the seat by the door. That was the last time I didn't carry a purse.

I'm off to bed. Night.

Ok I was going to go to bed but then I started playing with this site a customer told me about. I am sure everyone else has heard of it except me but I thought I would share it anyways. It's called wordles the web address is wordles.net/create look what I made.

I've been scrapping today!!! Actually I started the LO: I printed and cropped the pics, chose the papers, and designed elements in DS last night. This afternoon, I put it all together. I used a Scrapbooks, Etc. sketch for this one, it is for my book not Jory's. I used Don Juan for both the tag and Jory's name.

Debbie - Glad you found your blackberry! I'd have been going nuts too! I've never heard of that website before. I'll have to check it out if I have time later.

For some reason my body decided that we needed to be wide awake at 2:30 this morning. I drank some milk, watched an episode of family guy on tv, read a book for a while, laid down on the couch where it was cooler than in the bedroom... everything I could to get back to sleep. I might have dozed on the couch for about an hour before dh came to wake me up for work. So I'm running on about 4 hours of sleep today. D: I've been making sweet tea lately and I think I may have drank some too late last night so maybe that's what woke me up. No tea tonight, I need sleep!

Desi, I think our bodies were in synk yesterday. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with my legs sore. They were hurting bad. Still are!!!!

Wondering if I should start a blog.

Heather ~ I wanted to let you know about another website I found that both my kids love (I always play the sites first to figure out if I'm going to let my kids play). It's Jumpstart.com. It has free stuff and membership stuff. The one land we played, Micayla loved. Geoff was very interested too and I love that they each have their own "accounts" to play. It teaches Math, Spelling, Letters, but in a fun away.

Just thought I'd let you know.

Oh my. I remember epic battles over clothing when my siblings were younger. One day in particular stands out. Mom hadn't gotten to wash Justin's jeans yet so all he had were shorts (this was right at the beginning of the school year so it was still warm enough for them). For some reason he REEEALLY didn't want to wear shorts that day. I think he was around 7ish. I just remember him screaming "NOOOO I DON'T WANNA WEAR SHORTS TO SCHOOOOOOLLLL!!!" so loud his little face was red and it looked like his head was gonna explode. Needless to say, he wore the shorts and got a good grounding to go with them.

Good Morning Ladies!! Happy Monday!! So this morning was part 2 of what has Debbie lost today. I couldn't find my badge this morning. I usually leave it in my bag or in the car. If I don't have it I can't get into work until after 8:00 which would make me late. Once I got in I wouldn't be able to leave my desk because you have to scan your badge to get out of my office unless I jumped over the desk. The counter is 4 feet high. So I found it in my house in my bag of craft stuff I had brought to work last week. Today I will be shopping for a bag that will not only hold my work stuff but my lunch and my purse. So it's Monday and we are back to work. Yeah!

Me too. I would have paid to replace my transit pass too. I am so ocd about everything that this makes me crazy.

It has too. My dh works tonight and today I am feeling the scrappy mojo so I am hoping to scrap tonight.

I have a headache and feel as though I have a slight fever.

Last week 4 people in my group were sick. I was sneezing a lot - but I have hay fever. Friday night around 5 pm my sneezes started to feel different and my throat was sore. I was sort of sick but not too bad all weekend.

This morning I felt iffy but I had a commitment at 7:30 to hand out flyers for the launch of our charitable campaign (United Way, Healthpartners such as Cancer society and Diabetes plus any other charity here in Canada - one stop donation - I gave at the office).

So since I am here I figured I'd stay here but as with all my colds, you wake up rested then the symptoms kick in.

I did not get anything done since the crop on Saturday except to unpack everything!

I'm not usually an advocate of violence, but if I thought punching my bossy front office sharing co-worker would accomplish anything besides getting me fired I'd do so with great relish. While I was at work she went to my boss and blatantly LIED about us having an altercation last week while he was out of the office. She also asked her boss if she could be moved upstairs. Which, if it were to happen, would be totally unfair to me because all of the traffic that comes into this building is for HER grant. Maybe once in a blue moon does a veteran walk in here and ask to see my ONE job specialist. That's right folks, in this office of 18 or so people it's just me, my boss, and my ONE employment specialist. We have others in Baltimore, but that's not my home office. She expects to move upstairs and let ME handle HER office duties. I have spoken with my boss and he knows she's full of carp, but her boss and my bosses boss do not, she's got them snowed. I told my boss that if some type of permanent solution that doesn't involve me doing her work for her I may have to begin looking for new employment because I don't think I can deal with this hostile work environment much longer.

Got Mike off the bus.
Fed the kids lunch
Ate lunch myself
Sent Brian off to work
Now the kids are having a snack and I'm back until chaos erupts again.

Desi I am so sorry you have to deal with this. It sounds like if she moved upstairs it would solve some of the conflict but I understand where you are coming from too. Sorry I didn't get your post earlier. My desk was being occupied by a nosey relief person and since we are to use the computers for business use only with exception of the lovely choice for approved sites I didn't want to be online and get ratted out. You could come work here with me. The commute would be bad but we could hang out and talk scrapbooking.

Thanks guys. This whole situation is driving me crazy. I thought fine, she wants to be all hag-like I'll just ignore her and go about my business. Apparently that doesn't make her happy either. I really don't know what to do. I agree with Liz, they should just move me like I asked to be moved a month or so ago and then she'd do her work, I'd do mine and we'd be out of each others hair.

Sorry Desi! I know what you are going thru. Try to avoid her as much as you can. But your boss really has to do something. Maybe you need to start documenting everything, for the future.

I'm thinking I probably should. If she's going to continue to distort facts, stretch truths, and outright lie I should at least be able to support myself with my notes.

Today is actually kind of busy at work. A great change from last week. Wish I was home scrapping!!

don't despair...when the time is right, but puppy will be there. I'm probably not much help though, for all the registered, champion show/hunting dogs my grandfather raised....I love my $40 unregistered beagle like the world. And since I had him neutered anyhow...it didn't matter.
