Morning Liz! It's chilly here today too. I had to break out a light sweater. I think I'm going to go ahead and put away my summer clothes this weekend.

Desi- Take the high road... BELIEVE ME IT WORKS! I had to deal with lies and other 3yearold ish stuff for almost 4 years... I was always in the fish bowl... and one day the said person decided it would throw something... (HELLO DIDNT WE SEE IT COME'N) Anyway said person is no longer with my company..... It works your documentation and the power of prayer will get you through to the weekend! PROMISE! When you need someone to talk to at work you can hold many conversations in your head with God... and you know you can even slap the hag around a bit while you are talking to him... without losing your job over it....

TMI?? Sorry it made me feel better to do a mental slap every once in a while... HEHE!

Just realized that I only need 14 more lo's to meet my 2009 goal of lo's for the year!!!

With just October challenges, I will complete 11 of those lo's!!!!

Thinking I will make 34 (or more) more and that will put me at 200 for the year!!!!

It's chilly here this morning too. I have GOT to go shopping for some work clothes for the winter. I cannot fit in my winter clothes. I toughed it out last year and didn't really buy much because I hated to buy a bigger size. This year I have decided to just bit the bullet and buy some clothes. I may be chubby, but I will be cute! I can then work on losing it without stressing too about not having anything to wear. I hate clothes shopping. I used to love it when I was about 50 pounds lighter...I could buy anything!

Anyways...sorry for the mini rant.

Leah...I am so right there with you. Hate clothes shopping but going to have to bite the bullet and buy the bigger clothes for now. I hate shoe shopping even more (I have extra wide feet and cant go to just any store to get cute shoes. They dont make cute shoes for wide feet, unless you pay a fortune). I feel your pain!

Hi all. Got tired of setting in boss' office by my lonesome so I walked to Starbucks and got myself a treat. Yummie iced pumpkin spice latte! I even splurged and let them put whipped cream on it since I've been having a rough couple days.

Good Morning Ladies!! Thank you for the nice comments about my lo. I signed in this morning and I had 11 comments on that one. I was shocked. Not that I don't get enough comments but it was a surprise. I am in love with that challenge for sure!!

Desi-sorry work is still crappy. I think it is really sad that people can't just be nice. All we can do for her is pray for her. Maybe (not cutting her any slack at all) she is really suffering and the only way she knows how to deal with it is to pick on others. I will pray extra for her today!!

As for the weight thing....I have been over weight my entire life. Every time I get on track and start doing good with working out and eating right some major life fall apart happens. I usually eat well. But lately I have been letting myself be bad. I pray every day for God to help me accept myself and not be hard on myself but this is a process. I know I will get there. I know unless I have some major surgery and lots of plastic surgery after I will never be a thin little person but being lighter than I am now and being ok with myself would be a blessing. As for buy clothes. If they don't fit I put them in a box and buy some new ones. That is one thing my husband doesn't argue with me about. I tell him you wear a bra that is pinching your boobie and tell me how long you’re going to wear it? The fight stops there.

As for the cold...it's cold here too. I put an extra blanket on my bed last night so I was nice and warm.

Sounds yummy Desi! I LOVE fall and everything that comes with it, including pumpkin stuff.

Mmm hmm, anything pumpkin is my favorite. One of the many, many reasons I love October :D. It's a beautiful October day outside too!

Debbie...thanks for what you said about weight. It helps to know that I am not the only person with these issues. I know I will not be a thin little person and I probably will never be where I was a few years ago. I would like to lose some weight and will keep trying, but I am just gonna buy some clothes and deal. DH never says anything to me about buying clothes either. It's just me and my ordeal with my self image. It's all good! I also pray daily that the Lord will help me with my issues too.

I'm in the same boat!

I have learned that there are always bigger fish to fry. Right now my priorities are different.

I use to be way smaller than I am now. Brian has to force me to buy clothes. I miss the days I was smaller but I also know I'll never be that small again. I just want to be smaller than I am now.

I LOVE October! It's my favorite month too...and fall is my absolute favorite season! For some reason I am always just in a good mood during the fall!

I hate October. Fall is my second favorite season but I don't like the cold. Let me have a beautiful Spring day where I can kick back and relax outside and watch stuff grow.

Besides my allergies are much worse in the Fall.

My allergies are worse in the spring. I love fall. the colors, the leaves, the cooler temps....I am all about fall!!!!!

I love fall too!!! My anniversary is this month because I wanted to be married in the fall! Such beautiful colors!

I wanted to be married in Oct too but butthead said no so we got married in April...next time I'm putting my foot down!!!!

I got married the last day of spring. It was a beautiful day for an outdoor wedding.

Leah I hate shopping for clothes too. I have a double whammy: heavy AND short. My weight is genetic. I know that much. Of course I'm certainly not helping it along, eating McD's five nights a week. Although it has taken me over a week to finish this huge cheesecake, including sharing it and I still have tons left over.

Honestly though I can handle the weight. I just hate being short. Petite clothes are too long for me. I can't reach anything. I don't go any higher than two cubes high (of course they are on a desk) because then I can't reach up top.
