I got married on July 24, 2004 it was the hottest day ever. It was 96. There is no way we thought it was going to be that hot when we reserved out venue. They didn't have AC except in this little room on the side. It was so hot!! There are pictures of me and I look like I am melting. They brought in these giant fans for the reception and they made me fan myself because with my dress being giant and all and not eating cause I was stressed out I thought I was going to pass out. Everyone always says that my wedding was so hot!!

Mojo is wanting to go crazy and I am stuck here at work!!!

I have a full belly from lunch and I am now fighting a food coma!

I am trying not to rip out my hair. We purge our sent items every month but keep the past two months. I went to do this and found out that the person that covered me when I was sick didn't do this so I had 3 more months to do. It took forever then I double checked and it deleted everything!! Now I have to go back through and put them back!!!

Ok that wasn't as bad as I first thought it would be. I think I am ok now. I am going to lunch in a few so I will be back soon.

can you sort by date and drag and drop the whole bunch?

I went and had lunch with my sister. I feel a lot better. Now back to files!

Our week seems to be winding down here...hopefully tomorrow will be good. I have my days mixed up or something...seems like a Friday.

We're having lemon chicken with mashed red potatoes. We were supposed to have the red potatoes last night, but I kept forgetting the water was boiling and then it'd just boil away. Finally I put water in the pot and put the pot on the burner and watched it. After wondering why it wasn't beginning to boil I noticed I had never turned the burner back on... duh... we ended up having microwaved veggies... lol.

And we got married at the end of April because Jason knew that there wouldn't be too much going on in the sporting world... heaven forbid he miss some games while we were on our honeymoon. I wanted to get married in October.

Sounds really good! How do you make your chicken? I make grilled lemon pepper chicken sometimes and DH & DS both really like it. I also LOVE red potatoes...had them the other night!

Yes that is what I did. The hard part is that on a busy day I can send 60 emails or more if it's crazy. Why we need to keep it all is beyond me.

I'll post the recipe for Mom's Dorito casserole when I get home. I just finished lunch () and now going to the store to get stuff for dinner. That is what we are having tonight.

I am having an afternoon coffee....cause its soooo cold in this office....I am wrapping my hands around the mug to keep them warm

I put it in a high-sided frying pan with about a quarter cup lemon juice, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer there till it's cooked through, flipping now and again. Easy peasy!

i do my lemon thyme chicken like that

ony using thyme, salt and pepper....and of course the lemon

I am back from lunch. And back from updating my siggie. I can't figure out how to change the colors so I guess it will be fine the way it is.

when you are in your sigi edit screen....after you have typed your text...highlight it and click on the color square in the upper right corner

If I remember correctly, I think you just click the color you want it to be, then type in between the bracketed things. It should look like [/color purple]kajlkdjow[ /color] or something similar... html coding wasn't my strong suit in computer class.

Here's the recipe for whoever wants it:

Ria's Mom's Dorito Casserole

Oven: 250

1 large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
2 lbs ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 8oz bag of shredded cheese
1 jar of taco sauce

1. Brown the beef with the packet of taco seasoning, drain grease and add tomato sauce.

2. Add a layer of crushed Doritos to the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish; add beef.

3. Add shredded cheese, a layer of taco sauce, and more crushed Doritos.

4. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes, serve with salad or any other veggies.


***I will be crushing the Doritos as I use them, because everybody in my house loves Doritos. I look for this to become a favorite recipe.***

I also bought two bags of cheese, because my family loves cheese and I fully expect them to add more cheese to the top of it on their plates. As Jeremy says, "We're cheesy people."
