I don't own any of that stuff. I really can't go buy something for this project. More then likely I"m using paper or card stock. anything I can do with that? I want to make a tittle about dog kisses and thought it would be cute if they looked wet.
Do you have any kind of glitter glue? You could put a few dots and rub it around with your fingers. It might be glittery but would look kind of wet too...

Personally, I would just leave it alone for now and wait until you can get some Glossy Accents. There's really nothing else I've used that gives that wet look like GA, Diamond Glaze, etc. Glossy Accents can be used as a glue as well, it's quite versatile and a good investment for your stash
Do you have any elmer's school glue. If you can't go buy anything, this stuff dries clear. If you are cutting the letters out of cardstock this should work fine. Let them dry on top of some foil or wax paper.
Other than this the clear nail polish idea is good to.
White glue (Elmer's) will dry clear and give a shiny/wet look, however, over time it will yellow.
Just a thought, if you're using this on a scrapbook page.
You can buy Glossy Accents at a craft store with a coupon and then it will only cost about $2.50 and a bottle lasts a long time. It's a wonderful investment. Everyone should have Glossy Accents, lol. It's one of my very favorite sb items.
