Beacon Adhesives/Zip Dry

Just have to say that I had a bottle of Zip Dry crack during use the other day. I sent an email to Beacon Adhesives and they were kind enough to send me a replacement bottle. Horray for good customer service. I love Zip Dry and am so happy to purchase a product the manufacturer stands behind.

Beacon Adhesives rocks, they're so nice!! And it's just a few people that man the whole warehouse, it's really quite amazing that they have such great customer support.

I really need to get some sleep because I read the first post as, "I had a bottle of zip dry crack" and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what zip dry crack was. I thought you meant like crackle paint or something. OK, off to bed. But I too love zip dry, lol.

Wow...great customer service! I like companies that stand by their products. I've never used Zip Dry before. What makes it special?

LilacGal, Zip Dry is a liquid glue that doesn't warp or wrinkle paper/photos/etc. At all! It's super strong and dries super fast, so no long waits. It's awesome stuff

Zip Dry never wrinkles paper, ever, even vellum. It rubs completely away while wet without leaving any sticky residue, so it's mistake proof.It doesn't harm photos.

How wonderful! I'm glad to hear they stand behind their product! I love companies with good customer service! Zip dry is a great product and just scored "brownie points" with me because of this story!
