Cricut Expression Tote

I was just wondering if anyone is aware of a tote or storage case for the Cricut Expression. I know they make one for the Cricut Complete however, it is too small for the Expression. If not, but you have an idea of something I can store or carry an Expression in, please let me know. TIA!!

I've been looking too but haven't been able to find anything. However, on ebay they have covers that will at least keep the dust off. I'm sure Provo will come out with a carry case soon - I hope!

I'm pretty sure that the expression isn't meant for carting around places. That's what I've been told anyways. Told that's what's nice about the little bug. I've been looking at the dust covers on ebay and might have to splurge for one of those anyways.

The expression is way to heavy and big to really carry all around but if you want to, why not get a mini duffle bag?

I saw someone on another MB had a great one they bought at home depot for $12.99. Let me see if I can find a pic.

I like that! I'm going to see if I can find one too. I know the Expression isn't the easiest thing to carry around but for a weekend crop, I really want to take it with me! Thanks for the tip!!!

I too am looking for something to carry it around in since I will be doing crops and other things. I think I will wait a little longer to see if PC comes out with a tote, before I go buy something else.

why not get a big rolling suitcase?

I wrote Cricut several emails asking about a tote for the Expression and never received an answer. I finally called them and left a message with Customer Service requesting the information. I was nice, but very firm in my message that I had emailed at least 4 times and received no answer, that this was not a difficult question and I would like an answer. I received a return call within the hour and this is what I was told: "Initially, there were no plans to design a tote for the Expression as it was larger and intended to be more stationary. However, they have received so many request there is one in the works, but it would be a while". She could not define a while for me.

If I need it for a crop, I just pack mine in my large rolling suitcase with my cartridges and other supplies to secure it from being bounced around and take it with me.

I like the rolling suitcase idea and if I keep buying cartridges the suitcase will be filled up in no time. No worries about it getting bounced around! LOL!!

There are is a new tote bag listed on Ebay that is more like a duffle. I got one and love it. The Expression fits perfect and I can carry the essentials kit and 6 carts, the power cable and 12x12 mat all on top of the machine. My Sister and I share the machine so it spends a lot of time going back and forth. This allowed us to keep everything in one place.

I wrapped mine in a soft blanket and put it in a duffel bag. I had a second bag with papers, cutting mats, carts, tools, everything else. It went very well.

I took mine to my son's school to help out with his classroom scrapbooking project, and it was a HUGE hit. I had the entire class AND the teacher gathered around while I gave a demonstration and then started cutting things for each child.

I've seen the new Expression Totes from Provo Craft and they are nothing more than a duffle bag, Cricut Direct has a very cute pink and brown rolling tote that is made especially for the expression.

I got a tote from Harbor Freight for $20.00. I then lined it with foam. Works like a charm!!
