3 ring binder Scrapbook broken

I have a project life 3 ring binder Scrapbook and the rings came unattached from the binder. Is there any way to fix this?

Checked it.
I have fixed a similar issue once with hotglue and brads.
The problem is that you will need to make two holes in your album cover and you will have the brad "legs" sticking out at the other end. You can of course decorate it to cover the fix.
