What did you ladies do on NSD?

I did nothing scrapbook related...except make sure my husband went by the lss while he was out of town. He was in Westerville,OHIO. He bought me some paper..the ladies in the store of course thought he was great to do this for me... and he is!

my lss had an all-night crop Friday from 6p-6a, and I stayed ALL NIGHT! Then I couldn't sleep when I got home, took about a 3-hr nap yesterday afternoon, and was grumpy all day! lol I did get my June CK and the CIS Jr. that I ordered online, though, so I played with/looked at those most of the day.

I went to my lss and bought some mulberry paper for a layout with my Grandma. I also picked up some free Make & Take items (although I haven't made them yet. I put some scrapbooking supplies away and read some articles online regarding organizing. I west online to ck and got my scrapbooker's cut n copy download and that's about it.

I didn't get anything done on my scrapbooks, but had a nice day. Played with the kids all day and had our last night of the season league bowling at night. It's always great to get out without the kids and enjoy. I plan on getting several pages done tonight to make up for my slacking off over the weekend.

I'll be celebrating this Saturday,May 12th at the Scottdale Villa Mirage. I'm calling it the Mother's Day You Really Want and we are going to crop and swim and just be lazy. I still have openings if anyone is interested.

We kind'a celebrated early with an all day crop a few weeks ago -- yesterday I worked in my garden -- put in some new flowers, and last evening I did a two page spread on my Maine Coon cat from when he was a kitten.

I went to a different LSS on NSD, and bought 30 bucks worth of stuff--mostly paper, and one punch. And I finished up one layout that had been waiting for just the right kind of embossing powder. It was too gorgeous here to sit inside and scrap all day, though!

I know where you are--I live in Newark--my son goes to the Sylvan learning center by the store!!!
I went to the other store too--bought some stuff--went to my school where I teach to see their prom Saturday night--planned to crop yesterday BUT AT 3:30 AM YESTERDAY MORNING some idiot decided to try and break into our hour while we were sleeping!!! so spent yesterday cleaning broken glass, replacing glass, ordering privacy fencing and trying to stay awake!!!Oh well, maybe tonight I can scrap!!

RE: Stacy/CA: It was Cinco de Mayo at our house--we drank margaritas and ate fish tacos. I put together a package for my secret pal that night, but didn't actually scrap anything all weekend.

I did absolutely *nothing* SBR! Two of my three kids kicked off ball season with our annual "Opening Day" parade through town. We then had a T-Ball game at 11:30 and a softball game at 2:30. After that we cooked out for dinner at my Mom's house.
I haven't scrapped in so long that I really needed a NSD event too! My CMC is rescheduling because the 5th was bad for a ton of people around here!

I spent the whole day at the Philadelphia Memories Expo with my mother and my aunt. Then I went home and hid all the new stuff I bought from my husband! There are two things that I am NOT allowed to buy any more of - shoes and scrapbooking supplies!

I was at the NJ Memories Expo, too! I didn't get any pages done on Saturday, but I took a few good classes and did LOTS of shopping. My DH came with me and he even shopped a little, too (not only is this hobby addictive, it's contagious!). He bought some stickers and told me to make a page with them because he liked them. I'll make a scrapper out of him yet!

The only pages I actually did on Saturday were the ones I did on Saturday night using all my new toys!

I went scrapbook shopping on Friday to avoid the crowd on Saturday. Got to two stores and picked up everything I had on my list except the Scooby Doo punch I can't find . Saturday I worked outside and then sat down at 8 PM and said I need to scrap on NSD and did get a two page spread done before I went to bed.
