Conchos are basically like nailheads. They have little prongs on the back that you stick through your cardstock and bend down to hold in place. They are open in the middle, so you can put a tiny picture, letter stickers, etc., in the larger ones. The smaller ones are great for putting little letters in. You can see pics of them here:
