yipee! more people coming. did i read this right, Parkie's coming? Oh boy! This is going be one wild weekend!

Sorry Laurel it was scrapvivor afternoon and I just got here to update. I'm glad you ladies will be joining us! This is going to be soo much fun!. I will pm you the hotel information shortly.

Have not booked a room. Told DH last night about the fishing, but we have a hard time making reservations this far in advance. I know I can come for the day, just don't know about the overnight. Anyone know their cancellation policy? Of course you don't - duh! will have to call and find out....

im still thinkin about this.. i dunno yet. i probably wont know until it comes closer to that time.. i really want to come... i wouldnt stay over night or anything d just come down for the day.

Ok, I'm a definate. We're just staying Friday night though. Yippee! Can't wait!!

I would love to come, but not sure yet.
We might be moving closer to Pittsburgh by the end of March. (Just found out today) So I have to wait and see what happend with all of that first.

I will add this thread to my favorites though, and talk to dh tonight.

Hey Laurel, if you do find out about the cancellation policy could you please let us know here also.

Crystal, I know what you mean about planning in advance. We wanted to make sure to give plenty of time so that people could make arrangements and for us to be able to get some fun things together for everyone to enjoy. Just let me know once you decide... but you know you want to!

I hope some more of you can join us... we have lots of fun planned. We are putting together some different games, maybe a challenge or two, door prizes, and possibly a few more suprises that I might give you some clues of as they become more definate.

Where might you be moving to, Tasha? I live about 15 miles south of Pittsburgh....

i think tasha was talking about Wexford before.. i dunno if that still where shes moving yet or not.. but im pretty sure. i hope so cause we can get together and finally go to a crop!. lol

BJ, yeah i know its jsut that with me being preganat and stuff right now i dunno whats gonna go on. Im going in for my surgery next saturday for my stitches on my cervix. they said that i might be having the baby a lil more earlier because of that and also they might wanna keep a close eye on me around that time.. it just really depends. I really hope everything works out that i can come i so want to meet you all!!!! Im dying i havent scrap in about 3-4 months i just havent had no interest in it lately and i really need to get back into it. you know what's doin it? Me, not going to LSS .. lol im on my 2nd month now not going to a craft store.. oh my.. i typed alot okay.. ill keep ya updated.. hehe!

Oh my Crystal... what a scrapping opportunity for us all if you went into labor at the get together!!!

I can understand why you would be concerned not being home then.

Also, adding MelissaH to our list as 85% sure she's coming... we got 15% worth or persuading to do

We Hope (fingers crossed) to be moving to Freedom, Pa, right next to Cranberry.
There are some ranch apartments, or condos I call them, called Freedom Crossing. We were on a waiting list, but we got a call today! We just have to get our application approved now, and see what happens from there. If we are approved, we will be moving sometime in March.

I talked with dh tonight about the get together, and he said he would check with time of work. Since most likely he would come along too, since I am not good with driving across state lines. lol ( I always seem to get tickets for speeding, hehe)

Anyways, again he said it depending on if we were moved by then as well. Since we would be saving $50 a week on gas from his commuting after we move. *More Scrapping Supplies!*

I know just where you are (hopefully) going to move! We go from WAshington to Youngstown about 2x a month and used to have to drive thru Cranberry to get there. Now that they have improved the interstate, we don't have to deal with all that traffic!

I just called back and there cancellation policy is if you cancel 72 hours prior then they won't charge you. They will not charge your card until you get to the hotel. Bj our rooms are booked.

wooo hooo- I will check with DH tonight/this weekend and see if I can book....

As long as they have your cc number on file. You can pay when you get there as long as you are there by 6pm
