A flapper scrapper is a 20 something year old who scrapbooks LOL Thats all :-)

See I'm going to tell dear bf of mine that my scrapbooking habit is actually a form of birth control. Reading the posts about the kid drama makes me love my dogs even more
I love kids, but I also love to go out and hit the road when I want to! Don't get me wrong, you all have ADORABLE kiddos, but I'm just not ready to go down that road yet.

oh yeah....I wish I would've gotten to know people before I had mine....I'm kidding I LOVE MY BABIES!!!! Just thought that would be funny. I haven't had time to scrap anything at all...but I'm excited I just bought some new scissors!!! 18 of them to be EXACT!!! LOL

hey girls! did any of ya'll watch the game last night? i wasn't really into it (i don't care for football) but i love the commercials. my favs were the one of fedex and the airplane one with the girl who accidentaly fell ontop of the other passenger!! that was so flippin funny. anyhow, hope ya'll all had a great weekend.

Okay...have a question for my fellow Flappers...

If you have a job--do you ever get in a funk? I think--oh my gosh, I can't do this another year! Then I get freaked out about looking for another job. Then I realize I have it pretty good...then I think I just CAN'T stay here.

LOL. Does this happen to anyone else? If so, how do you get excited about your job again?

It used to happen to me but I was in the military so I couldn't get out even if I wanted to. I'm in the process of looking for a job right now so WISH ME LUCK....I'm gonna need it!

I love all the new LO's that have been posted...I'm definitely going to set some time to catch up this week...my friends having a baby so I've made her a 6x6 album of every month so all she has to do when the baby is born is take pictures and add to each corresponding month...hopefully she likes it!! She's really crafty so i hope it's good enough.

I loved Jen's-sigmagirl LO- its the cutest!! But i have a question it may be a stupid one but I'm still a baby scraper...how do you get the big circles to come out so perfect?? Anyone who has the answer can enlighten me!!

I absolutely LOVE Gilmore Girls too!! That show and HOUSE are my two favorites...but Gilmore girls is way better!!!

I use the Creative memories circle cutters. I love them! I've had other people tell me they love the Coluzzle(sp?) for circles too. Same idea though. It's like a stencil that you cut around with a special cutting tool. Love it!

Hello everyone! I actually finished a lo last night now Ijust need to get the pictures developed. I completed 4 lo's for the weekend. YIPEE!

LittleScrapper, that sounds just like me! Another year! I am just frustrated because there isn't enough work for me to do and it gets boring. You know it's bad when even the internet gets boring.

The real problem is that being busy motivates me, so I am so unmotivated right now
I think I am going to just start doing some professional development in my free time at work.

believe it or not, my boss is big into scrapping. She loves seeing what I do... as long as my work's done first!

WOW! I wish my boss was like that!! Lucky! I work at an ARTS organization which is nice when they order too much of art supplies and they let me take some since they know I'm a scrapper. But since I'm their events coordinator it's kinda hard to disguise my scrap-doing with event planning and paper work...nuts!!

the freebies are a great thing! I get occasional freebies for scrapping, but not often.

hi ladies! I use to feel that way about my job until I found one that I love and now I hope they keep me on forever! I did have a busy day though and when I am at work I only have time to do work and nothing else. But I still love it. I got my photos for the FSC3 so i am going to work on that tonight I think. My allergies are buging the ******** out of me right now though

Aww Im sorry to hear your not feeling well!

I went and did one hour photos for the pictures of my hubby and his brother at the casino. They wouldnt let them take pics inside so they just did a bunch of the outside and 3 of them one each by themselves and one together. SO thats what I will probly be working on over the next few days :-)

well I don't work but I really wish I did....SERIOUSLY!!! I mean I don't work but I do take care of my two children so that counts as work right....too bad I don't get paid for it LOL! I'm kidding I haven't had a chance to do this lo I'm not really motivated for some reason...who knows.

Yeah im not coming up with anything cute to do and im a paper hog so I wont use it unless I think it is going to be cute lol

TC, there is actually a sign when you walk into the Gold Strike that says that taking photos is allowed. I see people do it all the time. i think there are some restrictions on taking pics of the workers without permission, and taking pics of the cards as you play. But they should have been able to snap some random shots. Maybe he just didn't try hard enough LOL! A scrapper would have found a way!!

Aww really?? He said he asked the security gaurd at the door and he said they even tried to get one of the waitresses to do a picture with them cause she was cute lol But she told them she couldnt. His brother is a flirt and that was his way of flirting with her lmbo! Aw well when we come up I will try and take a few shhh dont tell

I thought I would share another LO with you guys This one was for a photo challenge and the photo had to be a silhouette. I just love how the whole picture is black except the small soft glow of light behind my hubby's head Tell me what you think!

sorry guys, for getting ya'll on the date subject. we rarley go out too. we went out with our best friends (errisation and her dh) for our anniversary to the comedy club. ummm... ya it was great... but uh, our friend decided to let everyone know that it was our anniversary. not the best thing to do at a comedy club, luckily that conversation didn't last too long. hehe

Aww thanx! Im tickled with, and cant wait to add it to my albumn! Its a digital so I have to wait for it to be printed and sent to me :-( Only downside to digital, which is why I very rarely do digi LOs.
