I don't have children, but am a Girl Guide leader so they count as my kids - and only get to do fun stuff with them! DH has a DD who is 15, but we don't see her very often. I am a Creative Memories Consultant mainly to fund my own addiction! My other addiction to scrapbooking is skiing.

My name is Pam, I am 45, (how did that happen?)I have been happily married for almost 20 years and have a 14 year old daughter. I have been scrapping for 3 years now. I started with creative memories and LOVE the scrapbooks but my scrapping has evolved way beyond their limits... I am hooked on all the wonderful embellishments out there now and only wish I had the time to "redo" some of my first books. I don't, so they will stay as is and just show how much I have learned in the process of getting where I am today. I will begin posting some of my newer pages as soon as my 14 year old "teaches" me how to scan and send. (How did she become smarter than me on that darned computer. Shh, don't tell her I said that.)I feel that I know alot of you from your postings, so please don't think me forward if I post as though I have been part of your "conversations" because I have been "listening" for about a month now. Hi there Everyone!! My name is Terri, I am 34 and I live in New Hampshire with my DH and DD. We have been married for 8 years and we have a precious little girl who is 20 months. I am a stay at home mom which I totally love.
I have been scrapping for about 5 years. I used to meet with my friend and we would share materials and such, but since moving to New Hampshire, I haven't found anyone to share my passion with. I have been checking out this site and the board for a bit now, and I must say everyone seems so friendly and knowledgeable. I finally posted some of my newer work and some older stuff in the gallery. This is a great site to get inspiration from. I feel excited about scrapping again. Something that had been missing since my move. Glad to be here.

Hi! I'm 27 and married to an absolute wonderful man, Steven. We have been married 5 1/2 yrs. and have 3 little girls! Mara-3, McKenna-2, and Micah-6months. They are truly my inspiration for wonderful LO's! I started my addiction when Mara was born and haven't stopped yet. I started only by looking at a friend's album and thinking "I could do this!" and I did! My major thing right now is eyelets! With 3 girls books to keep up with, I don't get into too much embellishing. I tend to be a quick scrapper. But, eyelets are so cute! Who knows what I'll get into next?! I look forward to getting to know everyone around here!

I am a brand-spankin-new newbie here and have been reading over all of y'all's topics. Everyone is so supportive and friendly here, I can't wait to jump in on the community!

I am single and going to school studying child psychology. I used to work profusely on scrapbooking a couple years ago but I kind of teetered off....until now! I'm so excited to jump back in and there are so many new things to try out.

I just wanted to thank everybody for their friendliness toward everyone. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

I am 41 and don't know where the time has gone... I have been married to my best friend and soulmate for 6 years and have an 18 year old DD who lives with her DAD, but calls MOM for advise. DAD and I worked together to raise a beautiful person both inside and out and I cherish the memories of that marriage, but love the guy I have now!

I have been scrapping for 4 years and signed at the first 'Creative Memories' class I attended. I work full-time and crop till 3am on Fridays at my uplines house. My DH and I are planning remodeling and additions to our home so I can have crops here more often and more than just -2- people will be able to attend!!! My husband is the greatest support to all my hobby interests (SB, ceramics, tole, sewing and just about anything that peaks my interest) and when I started his Jeep book and rocket book, he now thinks I'm the greatest.

I discovered Sizzix.com and was out of control during the summer! DH built my mobile tote for the dies and machine. He was a HUGE topic of conversation at the 16+ hour crop Saturday in Las Vegas.

I believe in the CM motto "Simple pages, completed albums" but like to add a few extra touches here and there.

Currently working on a tribute album for my parents 40th, we almost lost my father to cancer and I don't want to wait for their 50th.....

What a great site and I'll be checking in more often now that I have found all you!

I am 54 years young and have been scrapping forever - but only recently (3 or 4 years) the "right" way. I have been married for 33 years and have three grown married children who have blessed us with 5 adorable grandchildren. I am a "simple scrapper" who admires those who "go beyond"! I haven't posted any layouts because I am "technically challenged" but one of these days... I really enjoy visiting this site. I have learned so much and I really appreciate the kindness extended to everyone who joins the neighborhood.

This is such a nice place to be! My name is Carrie and I'm currently in Scotland, married to an extremely wonderful Scotsman, whom I met online 5 years ago - we celebrate our 5th anniversary on the 6th of April. As I read through these posts I wanted to reply to so many... things in common:

I'm currently in the celebratory year of the 14th anniversary of my 21st birthday and like some am wondering how this happened...

I'm from Arizona - Tucson (lived there 1979 to 1998) and went to U of A (*hee hee* Go Cats!) on and off between the years of 1986 and 1995 - was going for another degree in '95 but changed my mind. I'm a perpetual student... love being in a learning environment learning new skills. Technically I'm still a student right now, but have quit the second year of a multimedia qualification in order to concentrate on finishing up our house and preparing ourselves to move with hubby back to the states...

We're planning to move to Oklahoma City, where my dad & stepmom live, and half-sister and niece and nephew live... my niece & nephew are major objects of my affection, and I want to be active in their lives (and to be close at hand to take pictures!*grins*).

I often sing at the top of my (considerable) lungs... right now barbershop is my current outlet for performing - Sweet Adelines. Singing and performing are my big things... musical theatre too. I designed the webpage for my chorus in Edinburgh, which is when I thought webdesign might be a good career choice, but have changed my mind... am planning to pursue Radiologic Technologist when we get back to the states (*see... more school! *hee hee*)

I was a Stampin' Up consultant in the states, and about 2 months aftering $igning up for it ($$) I heard about Creative Memories and scrapbooking and was bummed... but I love rubberstamping, and here in Scotland I was able to join CM a year ago and haven't looked back! Not sure what I'm going to do when I get back to the US, as my consultant status doesn't transfer internationally.

We don't have any kids *this is a good thing*... no pets... *sad face here* and so I scrap me (As Mary Englebrit has said so eloquently "I Am The Queen Of Everything" as an only child ... the world *does* revolve around me, right?! hee hee*), my dh, our house that we've completely redecorated, my friends, barbershop stuff, Scotland...

Hello everyone. My name is Carol and I'm 59, have been married for 37 years...I have a DS28 and a DD23, and three beautifull grandsons..One who is an angel baby we lost to SIDS last year...we have three furry kids..live in North Dakota.....I have been a licensed daycare provider for 26 years...it's a befor and after school daycare so I'm not really as crazy as it appears...LOL..Have 17kiddos from 3-5, bu only 4 kidergarteners during the day...I love crafts and do alot of all kinds of things...I do painting and misc. crafts...altho for the last 4 years it's been pretty much only scrapbooking I've only been on the computer (in my case Webtv) for about a year...I LOVE it...what did we do befor email and message boards...It's wonderful...what fun to get to know people from all over the world and compare our scrapping....Ande

Hi my name is Angie I am 24 I have a 4 month old daughter Savannah. We live in Colorado Springs with my bf Robert. I decided not to go back to work for a while while Savannah is little and just got into scrapbooking and card making (I send out so many photos of my little one its nuts) My best friend lives in Iowa (where I am from) and she tells me her fridge is so full of pictures of my daughter she doesnt have room for her own two kids. Anyway. I just became a creative memories consultant and am in the process of writing a book. Can you tell I need to keep busy. My boyfriend is working out of town for the next ten months and so its just me and the babe most of the time cause I only know a few people here. I work at Union Carbide/Dow Chemical, and have two furry children, 3 years old (calico and tabby.) I have been scrapbooking in some form for about the last 5 years but really taking off in the last 2 years or so. Still a newbie! Hi, my name is Kari and I am 23 years old. I've been married for 8 1/2 months to my high school sweethart. We were together for 7 years before getting married last summer. We have a beautiful 3-year-old Golden Retriever who is like our daughter. We adopted her 6 months ago and my film budget has increased 50% because of her!

I grew up in Iowa but moved to Colorado in August in persuit of my teaching career.

I've been scrapbooking since I was in middle school. It's really fun to look back and see how ridiculous some of my older alubms are!

Besides scrapbooking, I'm a 3rd grade teacher in Colorado and love to snowshoe, bike, hike, and travel.

I'm new to this community and have really enjoyed it so far! What awesome ideas everyone has here!

My name is Kelley and I'm married to a wonderful man, Teddy (Earl). I will be 41 tomorrow..sigh... We have our six children residing with us, so I don't have alot of time to do what I want, but I usually manage to hit this page at least once a day. I also have a Cockatiel (Jetta) and a new puppy (Moose). My childrens ages are 18, 13, 11, 7, 6, & 2 (going on 49..LOL).
Anyway, I have been scrapbooking since about October and I absolutely love it! Yes, very addicting!! I also enjoy fishing, reading, and just being familyful. Thanks for being such a great group of gals!

My name is Laura and I am 20 years old. I have been scrapping just about a year now. I really wanted to start scrapbooking after one of my mom's friend gave me one for my graduation. I really loved it - and now am completely hooked.
I live in New Jersey but spend most of my time in Rhode Island at school. I found a scrapbooking store in Rhode Island not to long ago - I think its one of the only ones here besides michaels and a.c. moore! I really want to learn some techniques, especially after seeing all the beautiful layouts here. You guys give me some real inspiration!

Hello, I am new to the comunity but it seems like an awesome scrapper connection......
I am a 23 yr old single mom in the Air Force. Talk about a busy life. But I really enjoy it and some how find tipe to scrap. I live in Germany. I just moved here in November from Florida and I am missing my old base and "comfort zone" like crazy. So scrapping has been my deterance to depression. My three yr old daughter has just arrived here two weeks ago. She was staying with my mother in the states till I was settled in. So things should be better now that she is here. But with everything going on in the middle east, I am most likely going to have to deploy there in June so once again I will be with out my baby . So I can relate to the wives of military dads and hubbys only on the reverse end. It is very hard to leave your family so I am sure it is just as hard to be left. I have had to leave my darling Madyson once a yr since she was born. I have even missed her second B-day due to an Operation Eduring Freedom deployment. But I look at it as positive as possible. If I didn't do it who will and then my kid couldn't grow with the life she has.
Well I am done rambling for now....lol.
If anyone out there needs support with dealing with deployment feelings or anything else for that mater feel free to drop me a line and I will help as much as I can.

My name is Paige. I'm 41yrs (someday young and somedays old) and I live in Troy, TN. I have been married for 22 years to the most wonderful man in the world. We are so blessed to be so much in LOVE. We have 3 daughters - Heather(28), Chelsea(19) & Lacye(17). Heather lives across the country and has 2 adorable sons - Dominic(4) & Gavin(1). Chelsea, married 1 week, has the most absolute beautiful daughter ever born - Audrey Ann(2mos). Lacye will graduate high school in May and is anxious to "begin" her life. Needless to say, our daughters and grandchildren are the lights of our lives.

We are retired Air Force and my husband now "works" for a living. Until 3 weeks ago I was working for Goodyear Rubber and Tire but was part of the cutbacks so now I am a SAHM and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Working 3rd shift 6 nights a week was about to kill me. Now I can get back into scrapping which I laid aside about 3 years ago. I have collected alot of pics during that time so I am itching to get back into it. Alot of new, great ideas since then. This is a wonderful site with alot of friendly, helpful people. I have throughly enjoyed looking at all the submissions. It has definately got the creative juices flowing.

I am just new to this site and would love to introduce myself to you all. My name is Sharon and I live in Australia. I kind of "fell over" this site and decided to stay a while...(if that's ok with you all). After reading alot of your postings, I thought I would just pop in and say G'Day! I am a stay at home mum with a beautiful 2 and a half year old girl. I was introduced to scrapbooking about a year ago and can't get enough of it...lol..I'm sure you can all relate to that. I do try to get in a least 2 hours a day while Maddison (my rugrat)is asleep and then some more during the wee small hours of the night while my DH snores his head off. I am starting to experiment more with embelishments other than stickers and paper pieces and will be keeping my eyes on the gallery for ideas to use. I just purchased some eyelets and can't wait to use them. I also used mulberry paper and vellum for the first time this week and might post the page so I can show it off as I am really pleased with the outcome. I don't have alot of friends interested in my hobby and am only to willing to meet some more like minded people even if they are on the other side of the world...lol. Any way, that's who I am. My name is Robin and I live in Mesa, AZ. (was born and raised here and hubby is from WA) I am 24 years old I have been married for 5 years to wonderful husband named Keith, who supports me in what I do. we have 2 very beatiful daughters Kenzie 4 yrs old and Aurora 2 months as of today I have been scrappin for about 6 years now. I am so very much addicted to it. I love to scrap pics of my girls and of my husband. I am a SAHM and am a Close To My Heart Consultant. (we carry scrapbooking and stamping supplies) Any ways I look forward to getting to know you all adn maybe be able to get intouch with some fellow scrappers from AZ who might want to get together and scarp with me. This is such a great site. I just love it.

Hi. I am a 32 year old, married, and currently unemployed SAHM/ Teacher. We recently moved to an area outside of Phoenix, AZ. I lived in AZ and then moved to San Diego for 5 years and came back here where they are actually hiring teachers for more then subbing. I have two daughters 9 and 2. This is my last year to get into teaching before my credential expires. If that doesnt work, I am going to apply with the local police department and see about becoming a school resource officer/cop. My recent 53 pound weight loss is opening up new doors for me job wise. I spent three years in the military before having kids and seriously considered being a cop then. I also considered going back into the military as I will soon be "too old" but I cant bear the thought of four months away from my kids to go to officer's training school. So, for now, I am just praying and will see what comes to fruition. I have done 7 teaching interviews so far and am waiting to hear from someone. Please keep your fingers crossed for me.

My hubby is a recent graduate of Fire academy and EMT school and is applying as a cop as well as there is a hiring freeze for firefighters but many cops seem to slip right into a job with the fire departments easier once they know someone.

I have been scrapping for 22 years on and off or since I was ten. I have a lot of fire pages and kid pages as you might have guessed as well as a huge box of unscrapped pictures!

Hi - I'm Michele and I'm new here - just discovered these boards today, although I have purchased from the store before!

I'm 31, been married to my husband Michael for 6 1/2 years. We have a 2 year old daughter, Sierra, and a 4 1/2 year old Giant Schnauzer named Zeus. We also have 1 bearded dragon named Draco (down from the 3 we used to have - 2 of them have passed on, one due to stomach ulcers, one due to cancer).

I love scrapping and collecting supplies! I want EVERYTHING (does anyone else have this problem)! Thus, I have several items I never use that I am trying to learn how to use. I also love anything Mickey Mouse and collect all sorts of things Disney related. My favorite place to go is, you guessed it, Disneyland. We try to go about once a year (on average in the 6 years we've been married).

I've been scrapping for about 3 years, but I'm slowly learning, and I've only completed 1 album so far (chronological). I've started a second, and I'm currently working on a Disneyland album (almost finished)of my daughter's first trip there (last October). I also just finished a small 5x7 album for our friends who live in Seattle that we just visited.

I look forward to meeting everyone and sharing ideas.

My name is Patricia and my hubbie is Ron. I live in Clearwater Florida and have 5 cats. ( hate to admit that we just spent their college fund last weekend. hehehe) I have a fantastic step-son who is 17. (he just got his first car-haven't seen him since) It is expected. I work in Insurance firm in accounting and hubbie is a Fed-Ex courrier. I am new to this site and am stumbling around trying to see everything. Love to read about everyone and meet you all.

What fun all you people are! My name is Erin and I am 24 years old. I have an awesome little boy who is 4 months and is off the charts as far as size goes. Crazy. I live with my DH of almost 3 years near beautiful Des Moines, Iowa, home of more interstate construction than should be legal! Right now I'm busy substituting at a nearby daycare center and keeping it all together for my wonderful husband, who works full time nights and is set to graduate from college in three weeks.

My mom got me interested in this whole scrapbooking thing at Christmas, when she gave me two beautiful scrapbooks of my life (she also made two for my sister, and she started in October-- can you imagine?). She did wonderful work, but I'm trying to get a little more creative since I have a little more time to work on my son's book and our family album.

I hope I'll be able to come back to this site soon and often-- we don't have internet at home so I can't log on very often. It's just no fun to take a 4-month-old to the library! Right now I'm at my parents' house--

Anyways, keep up the good work one and all-- I have already been inspired with some wonderful ideas and look forward to seeing what else you creative people will come up with.

My name is Megan and this is my first day on this board. I love it! My friend recently got me hooked on scrapbooking and now I can't stop. I'm going to my first cropping party tomorrow night and I can't wait!
I will be 24 in June, and I'm getting married in August.
