I was gifted one of these die cutters by someone who visits this site regularly. With the machine she sent me two sets of alphabet dies. Is there anyone out there who has and is willing to part with other dies for ir? I'm especially interested in other alphabets, especially one similar to italics, animal shapes, flower shapes, and geometric shapes, such as squares, diamonds, circles, and so on. I'd appreciate hearing from you on this forum or by PM if you think you can help me. Thanks so much.

I love mine so I'm not offering them up but you can use cuttlebug and cuttlebug kids dies in it as well! I also use my old one (I have a big shot that I usually use) to smash bottle caps and rivets together. Watch for sales at M's. I picked up 10 different sizzlit alphas for $10 each not too long ago! SCORE!

i got mine off of craigslist. i am now looking to get the big shot after i find a new job. i am not willing to let go of my lollipop alpha's but wanted to let you know that you might consider this font as well it is way cute!

If you love Tim's Holtz's product you might want to hold off on buying a big shot, he is designing a new Sizzix Machine, along with die-cuts and embossing folders, it'll be interesting to see what he came up with. Anyone else hearing their wallets get thinner? LOL I can't wait!

I, too, have the original red Sizzix. Can I use other machines (Cuttlebug, etc.) embossing die folders with my S?

If you have the right mat you can use any die or embossing folder. I have most of these crazy machines and the Big Shot is the best universal machine for dies/embossing.

I think most of the folders will WORK in the machines, the rollers are just easier to use for embossing because you don't have to move the die manually, it just rolls thru.

I've heard mention of "eClips" but not sure- check out the sizzix site.

I have 100's of Sizzix Originals dies and Sizzlits I would be willing to part with. I also have a Big Shot I am willing to sell.

I also have the red original and dies, but I'm not parting with them. You can also use Sizzlets in the original with the adapter plate. The good thing about Sizziz products you can use Michaels coupons.
