Wondering How to Scrap Old Report Cards

My mom gave me school pics for both her and my dad. She also game me all of my dad's report cards. Some of these are over 50 years old, and although I know I want to make an album with their pics and these report cards, I'm not sure what to do with them. The paper is fragil, and some of the ink has been smeared from water on a couple of them. I'd love to hear your suggestions.

I would put the pictures on one page with a report card for that time on the facing page. On the back of the page with the report card, I would put another report card with pictures on the facing page. Basically alternate LOs, pictures - report card and report card - pictures, so that there are no report cards in a page protector with pictures. I just like the idea of saving the originals. You could also make copies of them or laminate them.

I would color copy them & then I would insert the originals in a pocket or something on the same page, like a vellum envelope. I would make the copies in hopes the copies would still be there when the originals finally fall apart. hth

Since the paper is fragile, I'd scan or color copy them, too, and scrap the copy.
