I use them and love them both. The glaze can look like stained glass when you use them. The souffle are great on dark papers. I use them alot in my doodling and just for writing in general. I have even used the glaze pens on acetate to color in some stamped images. You just have to make sure each color dries before you put another one next to it.
Instead of being clear and raised like the glaze, the souffle are opaque and raised. They are great for darker papers. They have a nice pastel look to them.
I LOVE the souffle pens--you have to move the pen slowly for the raised effect--but they look so cool on dark papers. I have one layout in my gallery that used the white one on black paper:
The glaze pens are great for ceramic tiles. Stamp a tile with Stazon and color with the glaze pens. Add a post it note pad and you've got the perfect gift for showers or teachers or anyone else.
I've got the Glaze, Souffle, and stardust too... I did demo's of them for 4 days at the Creativ Festival in Toronto - I love them... they are great with the peel off stickers, or inside any stamped/embossed image. I also like to use them on glass... try them on a glass tealight holder.. adorable! They are also great for making 3D cards... using the peel offs, acetate and cardstock..
I also LOVE the clear Glaze pen.. I call it Instant embossing.. works great on any stamped image that you want to have a bit raised up with a sheen... fast drying too!
If you're thinking of getting them - I think you'll love them...
Love the souffle pens!!! They puff--they are really cool if you used them on the same color paper, like turquoise on turquoise cuz it almost looks embossed when it dries. HTH
