Disappearing ink pen?

Hi everyone, Iâ€™m a scrapbooking newbie as well as new to this website.

I saw a disappearing ink pen in the HL store for scrapbooking. I think it would be very helpful for meâ€¦if it works. I have trouble believing it wouldnâ€™t leave a mark. Has anyone tried it? I forgot the brand name but the same brand also sells a red-eye pen and a red-eye pen specialized for pets with similar packaging. .

i have a vanishing ink pen that i use with my journaling genie to make straight lines to write on. it shows up pink when you write with it and in about 48 hours (often much less time) it is completely gone

I got one of those recently. I love it! I guess a pencil and eraser work just as well, but it's nice that it shows up so well when you first use it and then still disappears completely.

This sounds like a really cool pen. Very useful. What is the brand or name of the ones you have?

I have one and it works most of the time. I guess depending on the paper, sometimes it disappears too fast.

I got one at HL with a 40% off Coupon , works just fine when I remember I have it.

I plan on buying the 5 pen pack that comes with that vanishing ink pen along with other pens by American Crafts. I hope it works!

I got one that is actually for sewing - I don't use it often, but it does disappear - I tested it first of course I am not sure what the price was, if it would be less because it's sewing & not scrappin KWIM but it may be easier to find - I got mine at Joann's in the notions section

The one I have is made specifically for paper crafts - it's by Chatter Box and is called a Vanishing Ink pen. I looked in all of the other craft stores in my area and could never find it. The associates acted like I was nuts! I finally found it at Archiver's.

The vanishing ink pen by American Crafts works very well. It doesn't leave a trace, and is perfect for journaling on straight lines!
