What is best journaling pens

I currently use Becky Higgins Project Life black pens for journaling. I am looking for good colored pens that dry quickly and do not smear. Please help!

Micron were said to be the best for journaling in color. These are a colored set, which is hard to tell from the picture. Slick writers also work well too! Happy shopping!

I've used Sharpies for a long time and love them. We have several sets that are perfect for journaling or planners.
