Any suggestions for cheap 12X12 wall frames?

I am thinking of covering bedroom walls with scrap pages. But, goodness, they seem very pricey. Does anybody have any tips on some that are decent and affordable?

You can get 12 x 12 frames from Hobby Lobby or Michael's for $19.99, but each store has 40% coupons so you can get them cheaper.

I saw a cute idea in the gallery where someone used a curtain rod and hangling clips to display their layouts! She used them as art if her craft room. And you could change them out whenever you wanted. I would also look at Big Lots or some place like TJ Maxx. You could also look at the dollar store, sometimes they have decent frames that could be altered. Might I also recommend putting them on a stretched canvas.

I do 8x8 pages so I can fit them in an 8x10 frame. I get the cheap $2 frames from dollar general and they for the most part hold my bulky layouts

I've picked up several at M's when they're on sale for less than $10. keep an eye on the ads every week to find the best price.

I've used the LP album frames you can get for about $5 at Michael's. Mostly because I had some I wasn't using for records anymore. They're a bit big so you'll want something about 12 1/2" by 12 1/2" to go behind the page.

I also did the curtain rod and clips thing. There is a picture in my gallery.
