Hi all! I'll be scrapping some 8x10 cruise formal photos (hopefully) soon & am browsing for ideas. So please post your LOs that use 8x10 photos, I would love to see 'em! (Cruise-related is great but they don't have to be - LOs w/ 8x10 school pics, family portraits, wedding pics, landscapes, whatever, are welcome too).

To me, doing one with a 8x10 the key is to use the wow factor on just a few select embellishments. Larger letters so they do not look lost next to a big picture. Make sure what little paper you will have showing really matches and goes with the theme and colors.

Other than that, they are really quick to do.

Good idea using the larger pictures. I will definately try that (next time picture printing is on sale!) The pages look so great with big pictures. I used an 8 x10 collage (with about 20 pictures on it) that looked good, almost filled the page.

I have cornered the market on several of the standard layouts using an 8 1/2 x 11 photo (especially the 8 1/2 x 11 on the top of the page, and two 4 x 6 horizontally on the bottom).
But the page I picked as my best use of a 8 1/2 x 11 photo is this one. Because the contrast of the red & blue letters provides a title that can gives the photo a run for it's money.
