Hello, I have scoured the internet and am not able to find the issue I'm having anywhere else...hoping someone here can lead me in the right direction. I have the Cricut Personal Cutter. The 2 left rows on the keypad going vertically are lit up solid green and the machine will not function. I've tried doing the reset by pressing the red button and moving the dials and waiting and that hasn't worked. When I press a button it makes a sound almost like an timeout buzzer. Anyone have this problem before?
