topics for wedding album?

so I'm making my bff an album as a wedding gift, and was hoping people could help me with topics/themes that would be good to include? I'm actually in the wedding, so I will only be able to take so many pics myself, and will basically create the album and let her put in photos.

So far, here are ideas I have for layouts:

the bride/dress/getting ready
groom
first kiss as a married couple
cutting the cake
bridal party - all together, her with women, etc
her with family/first dance with dad
candid shots at the reception

I'm sure there must be more, but mostly I've made baby or travel books for gifts, this is the first wedding one!

also, any recommendations as to 8x8 or 12x12? smaller is easier, but I'm thinking it won't be nearly enough room.

Also, I recommend making a few generic pages, maybe titled something like 'You and Me', 'Love', etc so that she can add pictures taken somewhere else. For my wedding, our photographer took us to the beach and to a park so we have a lot of posing pictures looking at each other, kissing, walking hand in hand etc that like the other poster said are very intimate and private and I'm sure that she would want in her album.

those are all good ideas, thanks! I'm pasting them into a word document so I can compile a list. as I was thinking about the "mr. and mrs...." it occurred to me that I don't even know her fiance's last name!

LOL! That would be a good thing to find out.
