Extension posts and screws for scrapbooks

I am wondering if anyone has purchased these items from here. My question is... do the pieces screw into each other easily and completely. I am working on a project right now and have a bag full of these items made by another company that came with the refill sheets and none of them screw in completely. So frustrating. I have ordered from here before and love what I have gotten but want to make sure these work before I order them. Thanks for any information you can give me.

Do you know the brand of scrapbook your trying to widen with your posts? If so, it maybe best for you to try the mfg's web site for additional posts, rather than guess at how sb's might fit. Honestly, I thought that posts were all universal sizes, but based on your experience, apparently not. If you can't find them on the mfg's web site, try reaching out to the mfg on their Facebook page. Good Luck to you!

Thanks Dawn. I did reach out to the other manufacturer. My husband determined that the thread size was different on the screw ends than on the extension pieces. They have been that way for a long time so I wont be using theirs anymore.

I have had similar problems and although I now use ring bound albums, they do not fit in as many pages, and I have some old ones that I still use! So I have ordered a number of different extension posts, and you are correct - they don't all fit - but I have managed to get enough that do fit, to make my albums work!
