Any Central Ohio Scrappers?

Just wondering--I don't see too many posts from Ohio scrappers--any of you out there? I am from the Newark area--and don't know too many other scrappers.

Well I'm from Ohio, if that counts. I live on the west side of Cleveland in North Olmsted. I have also noticed not too many people from around here. Is it my imagination or is every one from Arizona? Well it's nice to know there is more than one Ohioan (sp?)on this site. Do you have any scrapbook stores near you? Until this year I've known of none other than craft stores. I just recently found one in Lakewood just called Scrapbooks.

I'm not from Ohio but only about 30 miles away in Indiana (clear up North). I was in Newark 3 weeks ago. (love those baskets!) Where are your nearest scrapbook stores? We were going to check some out around Columbus but went through there too early Sunday morning.

Yes, there are several scrabooks stores--in newark--there is Memories and Herilooms--new--small--but she is trying and her classes seem to be really good--I go there for crops
In Columbus there are two--Scrapbooks, etc. in westerville--very nice--big selection and my favorite--Scrapbook Groupies in Gahanna--really up on all the new stuff--great displays--and they hold all nighters and retreats--am just starting to get to know them better--
The Michael's in Newark has a really good scrapbook section and I get a lot of punches, and paper there

Thanks for the information - if (change that to when) I get back to the area I'll check with you again for the address and what's happening at the one in Newark.

Hi, Judi! I live in Westerville. I didn't realize there were SB stores in Newark! My DH goes out there to play paintball--maybe I'll have to tag along one day. Are they open on Sunday?
There is another SB store in the Columbus area--Scrappin', in Powell, up on the NW side of the city. They are really excellent, for my money, the best of the three here.

Heather, there is a scrapbook/rubber stamp store in Medina called the Rubber Room--they have a nice selection of paper and punches. Might be worth making a trek down there--I go up and look around from time to time and always find something neat.

I live just north of Dayton, OH in New Carlisle. I don't count as central Ohio, but I'm a "Buckeye" nonetheless! It's good to see more buckeyes here! Nice to meet you!
