Custom shape paper punch machine?

I was wondering if there's a small kit or machine out there that would let me upload my own digital punch shapes. Like, say my niece draws her own version of a heart. I'd like to be able to scan it into Photoshop, then get a paper punch out of it. Does that make sense? I'd also be open to online services where you can upload a design and pay per punch. Sorry if this is a silly question, but it's been on my mind for a long time! Thanks!

AccuCut offers this service. Its proably a little pricey thoug. I think you could use there dies with a sizzix.

You could use a digital machine like the Wishblade , silhouette (same machine, long story) or a pazzles. Check out the Wishblade forum but there are machines out there that will autotrace a scanned image. i am learning my silhouette but it is cool, I wanted one when I got into scraping 2 years ago and I finally got one for Christmas.
