Interchangeable Border Punches

I went to a crop last weekend and one of the ladies hosting was a creative memories consultant. She had their version of the interchangeable border punch and I really liked it. Does anyone have one or even another brand I could look in to and compare, and are you happy with it? I am looking for things to add to my Christmas list. They only had a few cartridges but I could see a lot of uses for those particular ones.

I have the American Crafts Knock Outs Border Punch set with the carrying case. It was my first punch purchase besides a rounded corner punch and a 1" circle punch. I really like it because the carrying case keeps it very organized. There's also a lot of variety in the punch shapes available including some more trendy ones (notebook paper, stars) and some classic ones (scallops, dots, etc). Scrapbook.com sells it, but I bought it on Amazon because I had a lot of credit on Amazon to use at the time.

I believe Fiskars recently came out with one.
I have seen them at JoAnns but haven't paid much attention to it. I am sure there is a video of it here at SB.com.

I am a Creative Memories Consultant. I only have the CM ones, but that's because I haven't had excess cash to invest in another system. I can tell you right now, that while there are only a few cartridges for the CM one, they are adding new ones in the future. Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.

I have the Fiskars one. It works very well and the cartridges stack beautifully.

I bought the Creative Memories border punch set and some cartridges from Liz who posted above.

She is excellent to work with! I haven't tried mine yet - just had too much going on right now to work with new things. Leaving tomorrow for about a month so just haven't had time.

Thank you ladies! I really like the paper ribbons that the link above to the Fiskars showed. I found out too, that my sister in law has put the creative memories on her Christmas list (she lives right across the road) and we share things so that is an advantage. Thanks again!

I have used the CM border punches, and I like them lots!! Unfortunately I feel that they are a bit pricey, and not enough variety.

Pricewise, they are the same price comparitively to other punches, but I never buy at retail, only on sale or with a coupon, so that is why I think they are pricey. Terrible grammar in that sentence, huh?

Some of the CM punches are already clearanced, and the new Halloween Fence is too similar in my opinion to the border fence cartridge that comes with the punch system.

On the other hand, the system is on my wish list, and I have seen some LOVELY things done with it...but that's because I am a punch addict!!

There's a CARRYING CASE?? wow! This goes on my xmas list for sure! I store mine in an old rub-on box. I have to empty the lot and find the matching tabs each time im using my punch out. Im always scared to lose a part.
