Craft show best sellers

I'm thinking of doing two craft shows this fall and am wondering for those of you that do craft shows, what are your best selling items?

In my area everyone is looking for a discount/deal. When I did my craft show I had a variety of items and price ranges. The items that sold the most where the least expensive.

Sold really well: book marks, 6x6 pages, and mini albums. All of these were $10 or under and the $5 and under items sold even better.

I had cards but only sold a couple--people thought they were too expensive at $3.50 a card that was detailed! (but these are the same people that go and spend 4.oo + for a hallmark printed card-go figure!) so keep it simple and lower cost.

I had 12x12 pages etc but they didn't sell --I'm guessing due to cost.

I did notice a lot of people asking for disney, official sports themed items but wanting them to be super cheap in price.

I also learned that there are a lot of scrappers in my area so many just looked and chit chated with me...next time I will sell more embellsihment type items that they can add to their pages etc instead...

Christmas ornaments sell pretty well too in the fal/winter.

Less expensive definitely sells best. It's not scrapbook stuff, but last year my aunt made snowmen about 9 inches tall with some type of eyelash style fabric with knit (some fleece) hats and vests. She sold these for $8 each and completely sold out.

Anything with snowmen always sells well, I think. I don't really get it because I'm not a snowman person, but those things (cards, bookmarks, small 6x6 and 8x8 los, etc) seem to just fly off a table. When I'm buying, I'm a sucker for anything under $10. Maybe card sets? Small 8x8 or 6x6 scrapbooks and a few blank LO's to go in them? (Buy a scrapbook, buy a few LO's to go in it.) Bookmarks are always nice -- good gifts for teachers and pretty inexpensive for a parent who's having to buy gifts for several teachers. (And be prepared for the audible comments like, "I could make that." Yes, but WOULD you? "That's too expensive!" Yes, but add up the materials and the time that went into it!)
