Paperkins

Either the paperkins are not perforated well or I am a dolt but I cannot get the little pieces apart to make the layered look without ripping something! Does anyone have a tip for me?

Use scissors! It's actually more of a detail line than a perforation, so if you cut, it works better.

What I meant to say is what about the tiny ones? I can do bigger perforations with scissors but even my tiniest scissors (my dh's mustache trimmer ones) I rip something. Am I just clumsy?
