How do I cut several uploaded images on the same mat?!

Hello, I am relatively new to using the Cricut Maker. I recently purchased and downloaded a font that comes in separate svg files (so I can't actually just choose the font and type in design space). I tried uploaded all the letters I needed and rearranged them so they cut on one piece of 12x12 paper however every time I go to cut it, it separates all of the letters onto different mats! I am becoming quite frustrated and am hoping there is a simple solution to this....Thanks in advanced!

Yes there is an easy answer...
Are all of the letters the same "color" in DS?
If not change them to the same color, easiest way is to sync them by dragging and dropping.
You will find that (sync) on the right side of DS.
If you have arranged them into words and want them to cut in that arrangement instead of separate letters then once the word is arranged then "group" that word (or all the words)
Group is also found on the right side....
Just make sure a "box" is around all the letters you want to group.

For instance, using a simple word - READ
If you want it to cut READ and not A R E D or however they arrange it on a mat, then group the letter and it will cut READ. As long as all the letters are the same color on your mat.
Each color has it's own mat for cutting.

Awesome, thank you sooo much! By any chance, would you also know how to attach the dot on top of a lower case I? I have been trying to cut some custom sayings however I can't find a way for the dot to be attached and not cut separately.

The only way to have it attach is to nudge the dot ever so close to another letter so it can weld. Otherwise there is just no way.
I have often times used a hole punch to punch out a dot as I loose it quite often when they are not attached.
Over the years I have collected several sizes of hole punches so one or the other will always work. I will even use some Stickles or stickles like drops for the dot...

Glad you were able to work out your different fonts and cutting all on one mat!! It is awesome when you can get your machines to do what you want!!
