Problem with the Slice - Cutting circles?

I posted this else where but really need help! I just got a Slice today....and cut a few shapes, no problem. Then it cut a circle when I chose a heart design. Now all it does it cut either circles or half circles, no matter the design I chose. I plugged it back in thinking it was losing it's charge but that didn't help. Does anyone have this problem or know what I should do??

I'm not sure...Mine hasn't ever acted up...You should try calling the manufacturer! =)

Sorry. Any time I've used mine so far, it's done just fine. Nothing funky. I'd try taking it back where you got it. If that doesn't work, definitely contact the mfr.

I'm sorry that stinks. I haven't had that happen to me. You probably already did this, but it's all I can think of. Did you try taking the card out and putting it back in? If it keeps it up I'd call the manufacturer. Good luck!

Try following the instructions for "homing the blade" the you followed when first starting it; it's possible that the blade has gone askew. Good luck!

I've heard of this problem before, sadly i haven't found the answer. I agree with GemGirl i would try that. Also see if there is anything in the troubleshooting guy on the Making Memories website. If none of that helps i would contact Making Memories . They should beable to point you in the right direction. Good Luck!

The best thing to do is to contact
whyslice.com. You can register your machine and troubleshoot the problem.
