Best photo printers

I have an older model HP Photosmart printer, and it's misbehaving so I'm thinking of replacing it. Does anyone have any recommendations? I want to be able to print both 4 x 6 and 8.5 x 11 photo paper.

Well, HP is not one of my favorites. I have purchased two within the past six months and both went south. I now have a Canon Pixma printer and it is fabulous, and easy to set up and use.

I'm beginning to feel the same way about HP. I'll definitely look at Canon printers at my local Best Buy. Thanks!

The best photo printers are Epson Expression printers, not the business class printers, just the Expression ones. They take 5 or 6 cartridges to fine tune the colors.
