Shoot, I've got enough CURRENT stuff to keep my mind occupied.

Like why isn't DD home yet from ED's sister's bday party? She was going at 7:00 and "only going to stay an hour or so" because we didn't want DGS outside after it got too cool (they were doing a bonfire), and DD herself hasn't done much of her homework yet this week for her classes next week. And there isn't a clean bottle in the house. And (as far as she knows) she still needs to do laundry to get her dad's Indianapolis Colts shirt clean for tomorrow as well as her own work clothes. (Actually, DH gave up and just did the laundry himself so he'd be SURE the shirt was clean.) (He's going to the game tomorrow with my brother and some of his friends.)

Does she have a cell phone that you can call?

I already texted her. If she hasn't gotten that, then it means A) there's no reception out there (it's kind of out in the country) or B) the phone is in her purse in the car and she doesn't know I'm trying to reach her. Either way, calling won't make any difference.

Chewing her a new one, and then making her get up in the morning to give the baby a bath before we have to be at church just might, however.....

yeah, I know...but they are on super tight budget, and I told them I'd do it for their wedding gift.

Actually it is going a little faster than I thought it would. I have almost everything cut and ready to assemmble. I think I might spend the money on some extra xyron cartridges and just whip them through

Okay, gonna go scrap for a bit. Already cleaned up the area from the last LO and put extra pages (page protectors) in DD's book and DGS' new book. Then put LOs in both their books.

I think I may go try to do something for the October flower challenge. I want to use it to jump start my BOM, but I honestly don't know what to write about.

So far today, I have cleaned the heck outta my house and kitchen, fixed dinner for my family of 14 to celebrate my dd's birthday, and then made another batch of food for the 5 teenage girls in my basement having a slumber party...

You don't keep a baby out until 11 at night! Not normally, and especially not when they're getting over being sick! (At least they've moved inside.)

I mentioned that he'll fall asleep on the way home and will still need a bath before church tomorrow. She said he took a little nap earlier and is doing great right now.

Fine. So if he falls asleep and doesn't get a bath tonight, she can get up and give him one in the morning while I'm getting ready to leave.

Then I cut out 80 5x7 red rectangles, 80 slightly smaller black rectangles, 80 2x3 rectangles with their names and hearts printed, and 80 slightly larger red ones, 80 3 inch pieces of ribbob, and 80 6 1/2 inch pieces of ribbon....

I was really tired a while ago, but it has sort of passed...I'm getting excited and on a roll with these...

dh is not impredded though...you know how he won't go to bed without me...he's asleep on the couch, and every few minutes he wakes up and looks at me (not so nice) and then goes back to sleep

Let dd reap the consequences. I know Ethan might suffer too but if you keep "helping" dd won't ever learn otherwise. But then again I know people who take their kids everywhere at all hours, no schedule what so ever and the kids are fine. I know Ethan's recovering but still dd is his mother.
