Chip Board Letters!!?!?! HELP!!!!!

Okay i know there was a post about this before but i can't find it. I know there was something in one of the new CK mags about how to make these and i can't find it. Can u girls help me and tell me what issue and page its on or if you know how to do them ( i got an idea but wanna make sure its right) please tell me. thanks so much!!!!

it's in the January-February (or February-March) issue of the Better Homes and Gardens sb magazine; can't think of the name of it for the life of me right now.
